William Bowser

William Bowser, PhD, CQF is currently a Data Science Manager at Fannie Mae, where he leads fintech product research and innovation with a team of data scientists. He also holds the role of Principal at High Street Equity Partners, a venture capital firm that invests in early-stage high-growth technology companies led by underrepresented founders. Additionally, William has experience as a Fellow at Nassau Street Ventures, a private venture fund for Princeton alumni. With a background in economics and data science, William has held various academic positions and has developed critical data products for companies like Hello Tractor and Abt Associates. He holds a Ph.D. in Applied Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
