Jim Scott

Jim Scott, SPHR, GPHR, currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at Highstreet Insurance Partners since April 2024. Prior to this role, Jim held the position of Senior HR/Operations Executive at Abry Partners from February 2019 to March 2024 and was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Lighthouse Autism Center from November 2020 to July 2022. Additionally, Jim served as SVP of Global Human Resources at Avoka, which was acquired by Temenos in December 2018, and held the role of VP of Human Resources at Casey Industrial from November 2006 to 2016. Jim's earlier experience includes Executive Director of Human Resources at Inflow, Inc. from 1999 to 2005 and Managing Director of European Operations at Frontier Communications from 1996 to 1999. Jim is an alumnus of Arizona State University.
