Jan Engels

Jan Engels is currently an Investment Manager at High-Tech Gründerfonds. Jan is also involved in various companies such as CustomSurg, MDTB Cell Manufacturing GmbH, RAYDIAX GmbH, ReCatalyst, and mbiomics GmbH as an Investor or Board Observer. Previously, Jan was the Co-Founder and VP Tech Development at Opharmic Technology (HK) Ltd. Jan holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry with a Nanotechnology concentration from HKUST, and has a Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology from FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences. Additionally, Jan has completed a visiting researcher program at the University of Cambridge.
