Veronica Alvarez Grajeda has extensive experience in education and community engagement, currently serving as the Director of Community Engagement and Admissions and previously as the Director of Operations at High Tech High since October 2007. Prior to this role, Veronica was part of the founding staff at KIPP San Francisco Bay Academy from 2003 to 2005, where responsibilities included managing daily operations and planning for the school's sustainability. Additionally, from 2001 to 2003, Veronica worked as the Program Coordinator/Associate Director at Day School Summerbridge, managing a middle school academic enrichment program and fostering relationships within the community. Veronica holds a Master of Public Administration in Non-Profit Management from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Latin American Studies from Barnard College, complemented by education from Sidwell Friends School and the University of Buenos Aires.
