Gary Myers

Software Engineering Architect at High Touch Technologies

Gary Myers has a wealth of experience in software development. Gary began their career in 2005 as a Programmer II at Rain and Hail Insurance, where they created and maintained Ajax and form-based web applications, designed and implemented a pluggable system for distributed processing across multiple servers, and upgraded the company's enterprise print and forms generation process. In 2010, they moved to Spin Systems, where they were a J2EE Engineer II and a member of a two-person team that developed and maintained Java processing applications for the U.S. Air Force. From 2013-2017, they were employed at The Golf Warehouse, initially as a Senior Java Web Developer and later as Web Architect. In this role, they led the integration between the third-party WebSphere Commerce system and the ERP/order management system on the backend, and acted as a mentor to junior developers. In 2017, they joined High Touch Technologies as a Software Architect.

Gary Myers attended Wichita State University from 2002 to 2005, where they received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a field of study in Computer Science and History.
