Nici Duncan, MBA, SPHR has over 17 years of work experience in the Human Resources field. Nici began their career in 2003 as a Human Resources Representative for The Charles Machine Works, Inc. Nici then held the roles of Staffing & Training Manager, Compensation & Talent Development Manager, and Human Resources Manager - Ditch Witch at the same company from 2003 to 2015. In 2015, they joined The Charles Machine Works Inc. as Corporate Director of Human Resources, a role they held until 2020. Currently, they are the Vice President Human Resources at High Touch Technologies.

Nici Duncan, MBA, SPHR has an education history that includes a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma State University from 2017 to 2020, a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma in Human Resources Management from 2000 to 2003, and a high school diploma from Covington Douglas High School.
