Pranav Kumar

Principal Designer at High Voltage Software

Pranav Kumar has a strong background in game design and development. Pranav began their career as a Level Designer and Sound Designer at Big Stick Games in 2014, where they contributed to the creation of a 2-D platformer game in Unity 4. Pranav took ownership of the second level of the game, overseeing it from inception to RTM quality and incorporating necessary changes based on playtesting feedback. In 2015, Pranav joined Get Out Alive Games as a Level Designer, where they worked with a team of 15 developers to create an original 3-D platformer game called "Scrapped" in Unreal 4. Pranav played a significant role in designing the levels and gameplay flow, and also visually constructed important set pieces using various elements. Pranav then transitioned to High Voltage Software in 2017, where they currently hold the position of Designer.

Pranav Kumar pursued their education in a chronological order. From the year 2010 to 2014, they attended Vellore Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor of Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering. Pranav'sfocus of study during this time was Computer Science. Following this, from 2014 to 2016, they completed a Master of Information Technology degree in Level Design at SMU Guildhall.
