VP, Sales and Customer Success at Higharc

Kevin Brandon is the current Vice President of Sales at Higharc. Kevin has over fifteen years of experience in sales, including management positions. Prior to joining Higharc, Kevin worked at Hilti North America from September 2007 to February 2022, where they eventually became Sales Director and Division Vice President. In this role, they oversaw a team of 100 people and was responsible for P&L ownership.

During their time at Hilti North America, Kevin helped to implement a digital construction strategy that increased hardware sales on a recurring monthly basis. Kevin also increased the company's focus on software subscriptions and SaaS revenue. Under Kevin's leadership, the company consistently delivered double-digit operating income.

Kevin has a history of proven results through productive growth, scalable processes, share gain, channel shifting and monetization of services and software. Kevin is also known for their ability to include and develop talent at all levels, leading to promotions and high team retention rates.

Kevin Brandon graduated from Roosevelt High School before completing a Bachelor of Arts in Business, International Business W Latin American Studies and Mandarin Chinese from Texas Christian University. Kevin then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Liberty University.

Kevin Brandon reports to Marc Minor, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Jennifer Hoops - Director, Implementation, Will Wong - Product Lead, and Amy Wiggins - Senior Director, Content. and Jeff Wagner - Senior Account Executive reports to Kevin Brandon.
