Ed has held leadership roles in various companies, including Summit Signature Homes, where Ed was Vice President of Construction, and Beechen & Dill Homes, where Ed also served as Vice President of Construction. Prior to that, Ed was the President of Kubiak Homes, Inc. Ed has a degree in Industrial Technology with a focus on Construction Management from Illinois State University.
