Jaclyn Decristoforo

Jaclyn DeCristoforo, PT, DPT, is a skilled physical therapist with experience at Performance Physical Therapy in Rhode Island since September 2020 and previously at ATI Physical Therapy from July 2018 to September 2020. Prior to these roles, Jaclyn completed ten-week clinical rotations as a student physical therapist at Body Gears Physical Therapy, HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital at Martin Health, and ELITE PHYSICAL THERAPY, INC., focusing on orthopedic and neurologic patient populations. Jaclyn earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Early career experience includes serving as a CAD Engineer co-op at Conformis, where skills in 3D modeling and patient-specific device development were utilized.
