Tiffany Stark, CPA, CGA has a strong background in finance and accounting, with over 15 years of experience in various roles. Tiffany started their career as a Staff Accountant and Senior Staff Accountant at Vistaprint North American Services from 2008 to 2013, where they established budgeting and forecasting models, migrated systems to SAP, and supervised accounts payable.

In 2014, Tiffany joined Cimpress as the Manager of North America Accounting, where they oversaw accounting, tax compliance, payroll, and internal controls for two locations. Tiffany also conducted a thorough risk analysis for the Jamaica location and implemented a robust compliance program. In 2016, they were promoted to Senior Manager, Windsor Controller, responsible for bringing controls and compliance for global sites in line with their original locations and improving communication and collaboration with global leaders. During the pandemic, they successfully transitioned many workflows to a digital operation, ensuring no service disruptions and enabling remote working opportunities for their teams.

In 2021, Tiffany joined upfeat as the Chief Financial Officer, overseeing financial operations. Tiffany later took on the role of Financial Controller (Contract) before being appointed as the Director of Finance & IT at Highbury Canco Corporation in 2023.

Throughout their career, Tiffany has demonstrated expertise in financial management, compliance, process improvement, and team building. Tiffany is known for their ability to provide detailed reporting and analysis for decision-making and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Tiffany Stark, CPA, CGA, obtained their CGA Designation from the CGA Ontario Program of Professional Studies in 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (H.B.Com) degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Laurentian University/Université Laurentienne in 2009. In 2013, they completed the Manager Development Program (MDP) offered by Vistaprint L&D, focusing on Manager Development. Additionally, they obtained certification in Accounting Data Analytics with Python from Coursera in March 2023.
