Mike McGarvey

Mike McGarvey is an experienced analyst at Highbury Defense Group since June 2021, previously serving as a Business Development Manager at INDUS Technology, Inc. from March 2018 to June 2021, and as a Senior Management Consultant at BNC from 2014 to 2018. McGarvey also held the role of Program Manager at PACAVI Group in 2015 and worked as a Management Consultant at MBO Partners from 2011 to 2014. Prior to these positions, McGarvey was a Program Manager at Booz Allen Hamilton from 1999 to 2011 and served as a Naval Flight Officer in the US Navy from 1984 to 1996, specifically as an F-14 Radar Intercept Officer in Fighter Squadrons VF-24, VF-124, and VF-2. McGarvey holds a Master’s degree in Financial Management from the Naval Postgraduate School (1993-1995) and a Bachelor’s degree in Government and International Relations from the University of Notre Dame (1980-1984).
