Emena Quattlebaum

Emena Quattlebaum is an experienced professional in the non-profit sector, currently serving as the Director of Learning at Higher Achievement since June 2018. Emena has also held the role of Volunteer and Scholar Coordinator, contributing significantly to the organization's mission. Prior to this, Emena completed internships at various organizations, including serving in the Development Office at Higher Achievement, where tasks included prospect research and grant writing. Experience at Mary's Center and Jubilee JumpStart further solidified Emena's commitment to youth development, while involvement with Kid Power, Inc. focused on collaborations to enhance educational experiences for children. Emena holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Trinity Washington University, completed in January 2019.
