Jessica Walbridge

Jessica Walbridge serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Higher Achievement, where operations are led for an established Out of School Time program focused on high school placement and college readiness. With experience as Chief of Staff and Senior Policy Advisor at EducationCounsel, Jessica built operational capacity and contributed to the organization’s growth through strategic support and client relationship management. Previously, Jessica held the position of Deputy Chief of Staff at the Office of the State Superintendent of Education in the District of Columbia, advising on fiscal and operational issues during significant organizational changes. Additionally, Jessica was Assistant Director of Social Enterprises at The Parks & People Foundation, leading fundraising efforts for a sustainable social enterprise program. Jessica holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA in Psychology and Education from Lehigh University.
