Kelly Hernandez

Kelly Hernandez is the current director at Higher Achievement. Kelly has also previously worked as the group chief financial officer at Leidos from April 2014 to January 2022 and the head of MENA at Deutsche Bank from January 2003 to December 2010. At Leidos, they served as a strategic business partner to the group president and senior executive leadership team. Kelly was responsible for assessing and evaluating the financial performance of the organization in relation to long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts. Kelly provided insight and recommendations to both the short-term and long-term growth plans of the organization. Additionally, they identified, acquired and implemented systems and software to provide critical financial and operational information. At Deutsche Bank, they were responsible for leading the Institutional Asset Management business in the MENA region.

Kelly Hernandez pursued a Bachelor of Science in Computer & Electrical Engineering from Purdue University. Kelly then attended Columbia University for Graduate Coursework in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering. Finally, they earned their Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
