Ahmed Aly Shaban

Ahmed Aly Shaban, PhD, currently serves as the Director of Strategy and Excellence Office at Sharjah Private Education Authority, bringing extensive experience in strategy development and stakeholder engagement within the education sector. Additionally, Ahmed is an Adjunct Faculty member at the Higher Colleges of Technology, specializing in business and data analytics. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at the Prime Minister's Office in the UAE, and customer experience leadership positions at the Dubai Health Authority and the Emirates ID Strategy. Ahmed has a robust background in research management and strategic planning, having held key positions at Ipsos and various governmental entities. Ahmed holds a PhD in Business and Management from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Cairo University.
