Ayeda Alshamsi

Ayeda AlShamsi currently serves as the Head of Human Capital in a confidential UAE retail company, overseeing various HR functions including recruitment, performance management, and Emiratization initiatives since December 2020. Ayeda also holds the position of Executive Director, Human Capital at the Higher Colleges of Technology, leading the strategy and implementation of HR policies. Previous roles include Regional Senior Director, Human Resources & Emiratization at Jumeirah Group, Senior Manager of Human Resources at Dubai Holding, and Senior Officer of Emiratization at Dubai Bank, where significant contributions included the development of a national training program for UAE nationals. Ayeda's educational background includes an MBA in Human Resources from Al Ghurair University and a Bachelor’s in Education focused on Career Advising and Counseling from the Higher Colleges of Technology.
