Dr. Wasif Minhas

Dr. Wasif Minhas serves as the Division Chair of General Studies at Higher Colleges of Technology since July 2011, overseeing academic and administrative operations at the Sharjah Men's Campus. Responsibilities encompass curriculum effectiveness, staff support, and engagement in professional development, alongside contributions to the institution’s development through active participation in meetings and community events. Prior roles include Programme Team Manager for the Business Department at Newham Sixth Form College and Business Lecturer & Employer Engagement Coordinator at Harrow College, emphasizing curriculum management and employer engagement. Dr. Minhas possesses a Research Doctorate in Political Economy from SMC University and a Master's Degree in Education from UCL, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Business with Marketing from Middlesex University and additional educational qualifications.
