Hossam Elhadeka

Hossam ElHadeka has over two decades of experience in IT support and administration. Currently serving as an IT Support Administrator at Higher Colleges of Technology in the UAE since December 2002, Hossam specializes in supporting Apple Mac and iOS services on campus and overseeing academic IT for Windows and Mac labs. Prior to this role, Hossam worked as a Senior System Engineer at Palamar - Misr from March 1995 to November 2002, providing onsite support for prepress operations at AlAhram, one of Egypt's largest newspapers, while managing IT subcontractors for software and hardware maintenance across more than 300 workstations. Hossam holds a Bachelor's Degree from Cairo University, completed between 1988 and 1993.
