Lamia AlHajri, PhD, PharmD, currently serves as the Dean of Academic Operations for Dubai Campuses at Higher Colleges of Technology, alongside roles as an Assistant Professor and Pharmacy Lecturer. Since August 2014, Lamia has contributed to the academic environment in pharmacy education. Previous research experience includes a position at Lancaster University from January 2015 to August 2023. Clinical training involved a Clinical Pharmacy Internship at Tawam Hospital in association with Johns Hopkins, which included extensive clerkships in various wards over 14 months. Earlier experience includes a pharmacy trainee role with the Dubai Health Authority and the Ministry of Health in the UAE. Lamia holds a PhD in Public Health from Lancaster University, a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from United Arab Emirates University, and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Higher Colleges of Technology.
