Oussama Rifai

Oussama Rifai is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Finance Director at Higher Colleges of Technology since November 2017, Oussama has effectively contributed to the institution's innovative approach to higher education in the UAE. Previously, Oussama held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Maroc Telecom and Group Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance at Etisalat, where significant achievements included leading major financial operations, credit ratings, and securing funding solutions. Oussama's earlier career includes roles at Accenture as Senior Manager in Finance and Performance Management, and as Group Head of Internal Audit in a confidential company. Oussama holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from the American University of Beirut, as well as having passed the California Board Of Accountancy CPA Exams.
