Ariana S. Moon currently serves as Vice President of Talent Planning & Acquisition at Greenhouse Software, where responsibilities include membership in the Senior Leadership Team and the Customer Advisory Board. Ariana has progressed through various roles at Greenhouse since May 2015, implementing successful strategies for employee engagement and operational leadership in talent acquisition. Additional experiences include participation as an Executive Member at HIGHER Community and serving on the Customer Advisory Board for CodeSignal. Prior to Greenhouse, Ariana held positions at Novus Partners, Inc., Taylor, and HSA-UWC, with a foundation in public affairs and human resources. Ariana holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Harvard University, obtained in 2011.
