Paddy Lambros

Paddy Lambros serves as Talent Director at Atomico, partnering with portfolio companies to shape People and Talent strategies since September 2022. Recognized as one of the Top 100 Talent Leaders in the world by HIGHER Community, Paddy is also an Executive Member of the organization, which focuses on enhancing the talent acquisition function globally. As an external advisor, Paddy supports Mytos, Komi, and Emitwise, contributing to innovations in biotech, the passion economy, and climate response, respectively. Previously, Paddy led People & Talent at Sensat, driving significant team growth, and played a pivotal role in scaling engineering teams at Improbable. Paddy's career in recruitment began at Accenture and progressed through several roles in talent acquisition, with a foundational education in Politics from the University of the West of England.
