Yvette Kamperin is an experienced talent acquisition executive with a comprehensive background in leading talent strategies across various tech and marketing organizations. Currently serving as VP of Talent at Liftoff Mobile, Yvette plays a key role in enhancing mobile marketing solutions. Previous positions include VP of Talent at MURAL and VP of Talent Acquisition at Scout RFP, where Yvette focused on building high-performing talent teams and implementing effective recruitment processes. Other notable roles include Head of Talent Acquisition at Recurly and Vungle, as well as Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Marin Software. Yvette also holds positions on the Customer Advisory Board at BrightHire and as an Executive Member of HIGHER Community, contributing to the advancement of talent acquisition practices. Yvette earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The University of Texas at Arlington.
