Sean Tempo has extensive work experience in various roles within the education and training sector. Sean began their career in 2011 at Prime Training and Consulting, where they served as a Business Development Manager until May 2015. Following this, Sean worked at MANCOSA as a Regional Operations Manager from June 2015 to June 2017. Most recently, they joined Higher Ed Partners - South Africa in July 2017, taking on the role of Manager: Student Enrolment and Retention Services.

Sean Tempo's education history begins with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, which they obtained from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika from 2007 to 2010. Sean then pursued further education and completed a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree in Business Management at the same institution from 2017 to 2020.
