Victoria Brownlee

Victoria Brownlee currently serves as Senior Manager at the Higher Education Authority, a position held since July 2022. Prior to this, Victoria was Head of Athena SWAN Ireland at Advance HE from August 2018 to July 2022, and held lecturer positions at the National University of Ireland, Galway, Maynooth University, and Queen's University Belfast. Victoria's expertise includes designing and managing undergraduate and postgraduate courses, research project management, and event planning. Academic qualifications include a PhD, MA, and BA in English Language and Literature from Queen's University Belfast, as well as certificates and diplomas in public speaking, communication skills, drama, and performing arts from the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, alongside a diploma in Voice and Opera from the London College of Music.
