Brett Dworsak

Brett Dworsak is an accomplished IT professional with a diverse background in system engineering and service delivery management. Currently serving as an IT Services Service Delivery Manager at Higher Information Group since July 2020, Brett previously held roles as a Cloud Services Engineer and as a Desktop Support Specialist at Steinman Communications. Additional experience includes working as a System Engineer at TechWise Group, where responsibilities encompassed server migrations, email migrations to Office 365, and comprehensive desktop support across multiple Windows operating systems. Earlier experience as an IT Support Specialist at VertitechIT, Inc. involved supporting mobile devices and managing IT operations for over 200 end users. Brett holds an MCSE credential from Microsoft and has training from the Cisco Networking Academy.
