Vladimir Yakovlev, CISSP, is an experienced technology leader specializing in cybersecurity and infrastructure solutions. Currently serving as the CTO and Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Solutions Architect at Higher Intelligence LLC since September 2015, Vladimir has extensive experience in information technology infrastructure and security services across physical, virtual, and cloud environments. Previously, Vladimir held roles such as Chief Information Security Officer at National Debt Relief, LLC, and Senior Vice President of Technology at INTL FCStone Partners L.P., where responsibilities included post-acquisition IT integration and security system assessments. With a significant tenure at G. X. Clarke & Co. spanning 17 years, Vladimir led the strategic development of IT infrastructure, transforming the firm into a technologically advanced entity. Educational credentials include advanced studies in Math and Computer Science from Azerbaijan State Oil Academy and Richard Sorge School in Baku, USSR.
