Deborah Below

Deborah Below, Ph.D., serves as the Vice President for Enrollment Management and Student Success and Dean of Students at Southeast Missouri State University since July 2008. With a focused career in enrollment management, Deborah has held various positions at Southeast Missouri State University, including Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management and Director of Admissions, and Director of Admissions. Deborah's tenure includes a role as a Peer Reviewer for the Higher Learning Commission since September 2016 and previous faculty experience with AACRAO from 2009 to 2012. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, and both a Master of Science in Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication from Southeast Missouri State University.
