Frank Sparano

Frank Sparano is a Senior User Support Specialist at Higher Learning Commission since January 2022. Prior to this, Frank worked as a Service Desk Engineer at PSM Partners from February 2021 to January 2022, and as an IT Support Technician at Aon from January 2017 to January 2021. Frank graduated with an Associate of Applied Sciences in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from City Colleges of Chicago-Harold Washington College in 2019, after completing their high school education at George Washington High School in 2014.
