Tamara Arnott is an experienced educational administrator with a diverse background in leadership roles across various institutions. Currently serving as an HLC Peer Reviewer and Dean of Educational Services & Executive Director for Workforce Education at Alexandria Technical and Community College, Tamara provides strategic oversight for teaching, learning, and student success. Previous positions include Dean of Workforce Development & Interdisciplinary Programs at Lake Superior College, Director of Academic Programs for Minnesota State Colleges and Universities, and Director of Academic Programs at Anoka Ramsey Community College. Additionally, Tamara has held faculty roles at institutions such as the University of Phoenix and St. Cloud State University. Tamara holds a PhD in Educational Administration and Supervision, an Ed.S. in Higher Education Administration, and several other advanced degrees in various fields.
