Emily (Whitters) Minnaert has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to present. In 2011, they began their career as a Research Assistant at the Behavioral Research Center at University of St. Thomas. In 2013, they joined CrowdCut.com, LLC as an Account Executive & Buyer and as a Product Marketing Manager. In 2014, they worked as a Digital Marketing Strategist at Hello Fearless and as a Global Shaper at the World Economic Forum. Since 2015, they have been employed at Higher Learning Technologies, where they have held the roles of Marketing Communications Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, and Senior Marketing Coordinator. In their current role as Digital Marketing Manager, Emily is focused on growing revenue through advertising and works with both the Product and Customer Insights teams to build real-time marketing analysis tools, plan and execute A/B tests, validate test results, report findings to the senior team, and optimize campaign performance.
