Lizzie Urban

Lizzie Urban has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Guest Service Agent Intern at Kiawah Island Golf Resort in 2012. Lizzie then interned at JMC Charleston, LLC as an Events Intern before joining Belmond Charleston Place as a Concierge in 2013. In 2014, Lizzie began working at WeddingWire as a Customer Success Associate and later became a Customer Success Manager in 2015. Lizzie transitioned to Higher Logic in 2017, initially working as a Community Manager and then as a Senior Community Manager. Lizzie subsequently progressed to roles as a Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, and Senior Manager of Product Management. Currently, Lizzie holds the position of Director of Product Management at Higher Logic.

Lizzie Urban holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the College of Charleston. Lizzie also completed their high school education at Culver Academies. In addition to their degrees, Lizzie has obtained certifications in Build, Focus, and Foundations from Pragmatic Institute (Pragmatic Marketing + TDI) in 2020.
