Heather Pascale

Heather Pascale has extensive experience in customer service, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Higher One since January 2015. Prior to this role, Heather worked as a Retail Business Consultant at Verizon Wireless from August 2010 to August 2014, where responsibilities included performing sales transactions with integrity and providing exceptional customer care through various communication channels. Heather also attended Southern Connecticut State University in 2008.
