Honesty, Integrity, Diligence and Compassion are the cornerstone principles of our efforts. We seek to partner with like-minded individuals and companies that share the vision of "Giving Back" while also pursuing multifamily opportunities that make financial sense.

Relationships and community is our primary focus with our investors and our residents. We are not only striving to ensure that their investments perform at and above expectations as well as providing a positive social impact for our residents. Communication and integrity form the foundation of mutually beneficial partnerships between all parties in our endeavors.

We seek investments that produce a good cash flow in a predictable path of progress with a strong back end. The process we use to examine potential investments involves the use of industry leading tools and strategies. Projections are conservative and include multiple value-add opportunities.

Our network includes partners and experienced investors, other sponsors and lenders across the country. Higher Point Investing's goal is to partner with like-minded individuals like you to locate and deliver investment opportunities with a strong social impact component.
