Randy Wojta

Randy joined Higher Standards, Inc. in 2009 as the company’s National Sales Director. In the 20 years prior to joining Higher Standards, Randy owned several traditional businesses. He has also been employed on the corporate side, holding positions as Vice President of Sales, President, and CEO for several large organizations.

Randy has been a business advisor and corporate sales trainer for some of the largest direct sales companies in the United States. He also operated a consulting business that specialized in developing national sales organizations for the direct sales industry.

Randy has the entrepreneurial gift to visualize and create the opportunities necessary to be an independent business owner, by capitalizing on trends and timing. He has built multiple national and international sales organizations with independent representatives numbering in the tens of thousands.
