Elyse Fonseca has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Elyse started their career as a Pastry Cook at Delicatessen in 2013, where they underwent an externship and was then hired upon completion. Elyse worked closely with the Pastry Chef and independently to prepare meals and create desserts according to seasonal menus. In 2014, they joined Sur La Table as a Floor Lead, a role they held until 2016. In this position, they led a team and ensured the smooth operation of the store. Following that, from 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Pie Baker at Four & Twenty Blackbirds, where they specialized in creating pies. Currently, Elyse is serving as a Client Experience Manager at HigherDOSE, a position they have held since 2018. In this role, they manage client experiences and ensures their satisfaction.
Elyse Fonseca obtained an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Long Island University, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Elyse also attended Star Career Academy from 2012 to 2013, focusing on Baking and Pastry Arts/Baker/Pastry Chef. In addition, Elyse briefly attended Shaw Academy in 2015 to pursue studies in Nutrition Sciences.
