Jeff Hughes

Jeff Hughes is a seasoned Salesforce Consultant with extensive experience across multiple organizations, currently serving at HigherEchelon, Inc. since January 2024 and previously at Virsys12 and Ryan Consulting Group, Inc. Hughes has also held leadership roles including Director of Alumni Engagement at Triangle Fraternity and Director of Technology and Alumni Development at Alpha Kappa Psi, where responsibilities included enhancing IT infrastructure and alumni programming. Early career experiences include management and sales positions at Fry's Electronics, Sam's Club, Raven Magazine, and Target. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Management Information Systems and a Master of Business Administration in International Marketing from the University of South Florida, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Redlands.
