Neil Kugler

Neil Kugler is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Vice President of Operational Excellence at HigherEchelon, Inc., Neil has also held positions such as Chief of Staff at Telnyx and the United States Space Command, and Program Manager at the Office of the Secretary of Defense. In addition to a strong military background, Neil has demonstrated commitment to athletics as a Wrestling Coach at Cheyenne Mountain Junior High School. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College.
