Paul Andrzejewski

Paul Andrzejewski is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations, management, and leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at HigherEchelon, Inc. since 2016, Paul leads capture management efforts and ensures program oversight for clients in the Southern United States. Previous roles include Vice President of Operations at HTPG, where all operational aspects were managed, and Director of Operations at Heat Transfer Products Group. Paul has held managerial positions at Carrier Corporation and American Axle & Manufacturing, focusing on performance, training, and safety while managing significant budgets. Paul’s earlier career in the U.S. Army as a Battalion Resource Manager and Captain in Field Artillery underscores a strong foundation in leadership and operational planning. Paul holds an EMBA from the University of Alabama and a BS in Law and Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
