Richard Nguyen

Richard Nguyen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Richard started their career at SBC Communications as a LOC Maintenance Administrator, where they served as a liaison for critical issues and managed a team of technicians. Richard then worked at Gensource Corporation as a Network Technician, providing systems and network support. At Gensource Corporation - A StrataCare Company, they were promoted to Associate Project Manager and later became the Lead Project Manager, managing client upgrades, installations, and internal development projects. Richard then joined PCIS - P&C Claims as a Project Manager, leading teams and coordinating communication across concurrent projects. Most recently, Richard worked at HigherGround, where they held multiple roles including Project Manager and Director of Technical Operations. In these roles, they oversaw operational departments, managed implementations of projects, and maintained strong relationships with dealers, vendors, and customers.

Richard Nguyen attended College of the Canyons from 1997 to 1999, where they studied Business Administration, Management and Operations. Richard did not obtain a degree during their time at the college.
