Ash Moradi Rad

Ash has a wealth of experience in data quality and analytics. At Q4, they were responsible for investigating data quality issues and worked with external vendors and data providers to ensure the consistency and accuracy of insights and information. Ash also improved the company’s proprietary CRM & analytics platform by reporting/fixing bugs and expanded the product’s functionality by translating business requirements and analytics needs into product ideas and collaborating with product managers and software engineers to implement them.

As a Research Assistant at McMaster University, Ash worked with Dr. Manish Verma on data-driven optimization of intermodal rail-truck transportation. Ash investigated the effectiveness of combining machine learning/predictive modeling with mathematical optimization as a tool in the estimation and mitigation of railroad accident costs and consequences. Ash also implemented a variety of regression, classification and clustering algorithms using the data science and data visualization libraries of Python and R and analyzed the results.

Ash’s experience in data quality, analytics, and research make their an excellent fit for their current role as Technical Project Manager at HigherMe. In this role, they are responsible for managing technical projects from start to finish, ensuring that all project deadlines are met and that all project objectives are met.
