Katy Stover Fox is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with a diverse background in business development, talent advising, and education technology. As the Founder and CEO of HigherPeople since January 2019, Katy focuses on recruitment and reskilling. Currently serving as a Talent Advisor at Afore Capital, Katy is recognized for supporting high-growth pre-seed and seed-stage start-ups. Previous roles include Head of New Business Development at Eterneva, where successful fundraising and B2B vertical launches occurred, and Principal at HighFive Partners, a specialized search firm. Additional experience includes impactful positions at General Assembly, Pearson, and Teach For America, where Katy developed and managed educational programs and partnerships. Katy holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Psychology from UC Santa Barbara, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and has furthered expertise with a certification in Data Analytics from General Assembly.
