Jacob Weightman

Jacob Weightman has a varied work experience. In 2009 they began as a Farm Assistant at Burn Farm. In 2018 they moved to Camp Tevya as the Head of Animal Care. In 2019 they worked as a Kennel Assistant at Deerness Boarding Kennels, where they performed kennel maintenance, interacted with the public, and walked, groomed, fed and maintained the kennels. In 2020 they worked as a Scientist I and Scientific Intern at Abzena. Currently, they are a Bioprocess Engineer at HigherSteaks.

Jacob Weightman attended Durham School from 2009 to 2016, where they achieved 3 A levels in Biology, English, and PE. Jacob then attended the University of Leeds from 2016 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology, General. In 2019, they returned to the University of Leeds to pursue a Master of Science in Biopharmaceutical Development, which they are expected to complete in 2021.
