Lucas Novoa

Lucas Novoa is an experienced Application Development Manager at HigherVisibility since February 2017, with a background in software development roles, including Senior Laravel Application Developer and Laravel Developer. Prior to this, Lucas worked as a Ruby on Rails Developer at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, where responsibilities included developing and deploying applications for the Learning Technology Services department. Lucas began a volunteer position at Park Nicollet Health Services in 2009, assisting patients during hospital visits. Lucas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from The University of Memphis, where studies were completed from 2015 to 2016, and previously attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 2011 to 2015.
