Aaron Fons

Aaron Fons has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Aaron is currently working as the Director of Digital Transformation at HighFive Healthcare since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Salesforce Business Architect at PNC from October 2021 to September 2022.

Before joining PNC, Aaron worked at BBVA in the USA from March 2019 to October 2021. During their time there, they held the position of Vice President, Product Owner, where they led an agile team in developing a new Salesforce platform. Aaron played a key role in integrating data from multiple systems and improving the user experience.

Aaron also has significant experience at PNC, where they worked from July 2011 to May 2016. Aaron started as a Corporate Banking Associate (Underwriting Analyst role) and later became an AVP, Corporate Banking Associate Relationship Manager. In these roles, they managed loan portfolios, analyzed credit metrics, and created financial models to assess the creditworthiness of clients.

Additionally, Aaron co-founded Fresh, a courier laundry service, and served as the Chief Operating Officer from June 2010 to August 2011. Aaron successfully managed the company's daily operations, analyzed financials, and oversaw various aspects of the business.

Earlier in their career, Aaron worked as a Financial Analyst Co-op at IBM Global Business Services from August 2010 to May 2011. Aaron collaborated with the CFO and their team to analyze profitability in government accounts.

Furthermore, Aaron gained experience in the fields of event planning, public speaking, and cross-cultural activities as a Program Coordinator at the Gatton College Education Abroad Program from January 2010 to May 2010. Aaron also worked as a Project Coordinator at the Gatton College of Business & Economics, where they developed a mentorship program to improve freshman attrition rates.

Overall, Aaron Fons has a strong background in various roles within the banking industry, as well as experience in digital transformation, operations management, and entrepreneurship.

Aaron Fons completed their high school education at Danville High School from 2003 to 2006. Afterward, they enrolled at the University of Kentucky, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting and International Business from 2006 to 2011. During their undergraduate studies, Aaron also participated in an international exchange program at École Supérieure de Commerce (ESC) Dijon - Bourgogne (Burgundy School of Business) for a Master's degree in Management, which they completed in 2009. In terms of additional certifications, Aaron obtained the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce in June 2021 and the Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in March 2021.
