Knox Richardson

Knox Richardson's work experience starts in 2010 with their role as House Manager at Phi Gamma Delta Fraternity. In 2010, they also become the Director of Information Technology at Mountain Brook Chamber of Commerce. Following this, they join McLeod Software in 2012 as an Implementation Consultant. In 2016, they move to DirectPath where they work as a Sr. Consultant, IS Services. In 2017, they transition to McLeod Software as a Business Intelligence Specialist until 2020. In 2020, they join HighFive Healthcare and takes on the role of Business Intelligence Analyst. In 2021, they are promoted to the position of Manager, Data Analytics and Reporting, and in 2022, they become the Manager, IT Services Management and Integrations at HighFive Healthcare.

Knox Richardson obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business, with a focus on Business Information Technology, from The University of Alabama. Knox attended the university from 2007 to 2012. In addition to their degree, Knox also obtained the certification of Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in August 2020.
