Chris Kukelhan

Chris Kukelhan has a diverse and extensive work experience. Chris is currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors for MIBOR and is also a part of the Broker Strategic Advisory Committee. Previously, they worked at Highgarden Real Estate, where they played a pivotal role in growing the company into a successful real estate brand across the country. Chris was responsible for providing tools, training, and support to the team to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness. Before that, Chris worked as a New Home Sales Consultant at Beazer Homes, where they achieved top sales performance and was invited to speak at regional conferences. Chris also founded MarketForce, Inc., where they successfully marketed a specialty sporting goods product nationally and internationally, including countries like China, Australia, Canada, and Europe.

Chris Kukelhan attended Indiana University Bloomington from 1990 to 1995, where they were still working on their degree in Public Finance. During this time, they had completed 15 credit hours towards their degree.
