Al Diaz

Al Diaz is a seasoned professional in facilities management and engineering with extensive experience at notable companies. Currently serving as Regional Director of Engineering at Highgate since September 2020, Al Diaz previously held the position of Area Director of Facilities at the same company. Prior roles include Director of Facilities at The Westin Las Vegas Hotel & Spa from 2019 to September 2020, where Al Diaz managed significant onsite construction projects and developed project management processes. At Caesars Entertainment Corporation from 2016 to 2019, Al Diaz oversaw major facilities operations and construction for large-scale venues, managing substantial budgets.
