Nicole Kramer-Axelrad

Nicole comes to Highgate from The Setai in Miami Beach, where she was Director of Marketing and Public Relations.

Previously, she spent 20 years in the luxury watch and jewelry industry, having worked with brands including Piaget, Vacheron Constantin, IWC and Baume & Mercier, where she was the Director of Marketing and Communications in Latin America and Caribbean. Nicole also was the Marketing Director for several years in travel retail for the Americas with Dufry, a leader in the global travel retail industry.

Nicole is an American and Swiss citizen, born in Iran and raised in Colombia. Nicole is fluent in English and Spanish. Nicole has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and International Business from Arizona State University and an MBA in International Business from Schiller International University in Madrid, Spain.
